Battery number — printed on the battery body. Take the battery out (or open its cover) and look for the sticker with a serial number.
Motor number — engraved or printed on the motor hub at the centre of the rear wheel.
Controller number — on the controller box (usually under the frame or inside the controller housing near the battery).
All three are also on your purchase invoice if the bicycle is with a service centre.
